Go out and do something active. Start off the weekend with a nice relaxing work out. Be nice to your body and it'll be nice to you. Sometimes you don't have to log in tons of hours at the gym. Just get out there and get some fresh air and end your week right. It's not about the calories you burn, that's just a bonus. Get out there and walk, ride your bike.
