Fab Fit Friday: Perfect Pre-Fitness Pizza

It's always important to eat a little snack before you exercise. You need energy to burn and energy to keep going! Eating a snack that is full of fiber, protein, and other nutrients are the best way to keep your work out healthy and safe!
Indulging in sugar and full fat meals may cause an upset stomach or make you tired before you even start. For a lean and healthy body you must eat a lean and healthy diet.

  • 2 Wasa Multi Grain Crackers
  • 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion
  • 1 Slice Provolone Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Sweet Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Pepper Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Pace Medium Restaurant Style Salsa
Microwave for 45 Seconds! Let it cool before you eat!
