Fab Fit Friday: Island Oasis Oatmeal


Island Oasis Oatmeal



I love oatmeal because you can give it a make over and change it up every time you eat it! It is also a great way to stay full.


Another great thing about oatmeal is that you can eat it anytime of the day! It's a perfect breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner!



For breakfast this morning I had a delicious tropical oatmeal blend! I never skip breakfast and I love making it a little different everyday.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Quaker Oats
1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I used Chobani)
1 Cup Water
A Couple Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (No Sugar Added)
1 Packet Truvia
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl add the oatmeal, truvia, and water. Microwave for 2 1/2 Minutes.
Add cold almond milk and stir.
Microwave berries on high for one minute.
Top the oatmeal with yogurt, berries and pineapple
