I wanted to share one of my Thanksgiving recipes with you! This was a hit at the table yesterday.
I plan on preparing this recipe all year long. It is super healthy and full of nutrients.
It's also a nice hot dish to eat during the cold months of winter.
- Preheat oven to 350
- Chop up vegetables and potatoes.
- Add to a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in: seasonings, broth and olive oil.
- Combine Well
-Spread vegetables and potatoes evenly into a large roasting oven-pan.
-Bake for 25 minutes.
-Remove from oven and stir.
-Continue to bake for another 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
