- 1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (Bio Chem)
-1/4 Cup Seedless Red Grapes
-1 Medium Orange
-1 Cup Ice
-1 Cup Unsweetened Organic Almond Milk
-Blend it together one high!
-Makes one for me and one for you, or two for me :)
