Fab Fit Friday: Ready! Set! Bikini Smoothie!

Bikini season is just a couple months away! Instead of going on a crazy crash diet weeks before your first bathing suit appearance, be safe and start cleaning up your eating habits now. Crash dieting is very dangerous. I see a pattern of crash dieting before vacations, spring break and summer. It's important to stay healthy and make small steps to reach your goals.

Smoothies are my favorite way to clean out my body and incorporate more vegetables and fruit into my diet. Fruits and vegetables should be apart of any healthy lifestyle. Replacing a fast food meal with a nutritious-packed smoothie can help you reach those goals healthily and permanently. They also taste amazing!

Don't cut calories, just replace most of the unhealthy calories with healthy ones.

Above is a smoothie I had last night before dinner! I feel so much better lately fitting smoothies into my diet!  The extra fruits and vegetables can do wonders.

-1 Scoop Organic Whey Vanilla Protein
-1 Cup Black Berries
-1 Cup Blueberries
-2 Cups Baby Spinach
-1/2 Small Zucchini
-1 Cup Organic Sparkling Water
-1 Cup Ice
-1 Tbsp Honey
-1 Tsp Vanilla

Music Festival Necessity: Maxi to the Max

Coachella is only a few weeks away and I'm dreaming about dancing around to the magical tunes of The Lumineers and The XX! This dream of mine also involves a maxi skirt... I mean of course, right?

Help me decide which maxi skirt to wear... Tribal, Tie Dye or High Slit?

Prom Trend Report: Mint feat HauteBrilliance

Hey everyone! My name is Aspyn, but I'm better known on YouTube as HauteBrilliance. Today i'll be showing you the look I put together for prom. The weather where I live is already very warm, so I decided to go with a short dress. I chose this gorgeous mint-colored dress to wear for this look. It was the perfect length and I loved how comfortable it was. There is a slip inside the dress, so despite the fact that the entire thing is covered in sequins, it is still was very comfortable to wear. The dress by itself is already very bright and bold, so I didn't pair it with any accessories except a simple pair of stud earrings. I decided to play up the make-up a little bit instead. I did a very light smokey-eye and paired it with a bold hot-pink lip. I loved the hot-pink and mint combination. Mint is one of my all-time favorite colors. It's bright and colorful, and perfect for a spring prom look. I decided to keep my hair pin-straight for this look to try and add a bit of simplicity, and as for shoes, I slid on a pair of neutral colored heels. Working with Windsor Store to create this prom look has been so much fun, let us know in the comments what you think of my completed look!

Fab Fit Friday: Fancy Rice Cakes

I am a huge fan of rice cakes. They are so convenient. You can take them on the go, eat them any time of the day and flavor them up to fit in with your taste buds. Adding extra ingredients also brings more nutrients to your diet!

Coachella Trend Report feat Robyn of Cleverly, Yours

Hello again lovely Windsor readers!
I'm so excited to be back for another week of Windsor fashion! This week we are talking music festival attire! Coachella, Lollapalooza, Country Jam and many others are headed our way this spring/summer so for those of you attending, what are you planning to wear?! Although I have never been to one of these big music festivals, I love dressing like I'm headed to one! A little hippie meets modern fashion is always a go in my book! When I saw this lovely red lace dress I knew it would be my main piece! It's has just enough of a boho chic look that I could dress it up or down, and it's a perfect summer dress! Paired with a cute chambray and fun fedora creates a more relaxed look for this cute dress! I also went with the boots over heels for comfort and to edge it up a little. After the fact, I wish I would have thrown my cute Windsor fringe bag in because it would have complimented the look and added the final touch, so let's pretend it's there for now ;)
Enjoy this fun spring look and bring on Coachella (or, our more current version of Woodstock :)!

Music Festival Necessity: The Fringe Bag

Music Festivals consist of a whole lot of dancing, walking around, laying in the sun and more dancing! Which means, I need an awesome bag by my side! Nothing says Music Festival more than a fabulous fringed bag!

Now, I'm torn between these two great bags. Which Fringe Bag needs to be my partner in crime, at Coachella?

Trend Report: Land of the Chic feat Cara Loren!

It's no surprise that we have Coachella on the brain around the office. This year we are going! Yeah I know it's a hard job but someone has to do it . Anywho, nothing speaks of Americana more than music festivals so we teamed up with Cara Loren and asked her to do a wearable red, white and blue trend. I mean let's face it, while we LOVE the Coachella look we can't always wear it (although we can definitely try)

Here is Cara Loren's take on the red, white and blue trend and if you need more inspiration check out Land of the Free on the site! For more Cara Loren awesome-ness make sure to subscribe to her blog and follow her on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter!
